THE CHINESE WEDDING STORY...
The newlyweds pay homage to the Heaven, Earth and ancestors
as part of the wedding ritual. The bride and groom then perform
the tea ceremony, with two lotus seeds or red dates in a cup, to
the groom's parents and elders. A red envelope stuffed with
money or jewelry that signifies 'luck' will be given to them.

The bride and groom then bow to each other. This completes the marriage ceremony.
