OPERATION HOURS
Spa treatments are available from 10.30am to 11.00pm daily. Last
appointment is 10.30pm for the Centre and in-room service.

SPA FACILITIES
- Two double suites with rain shower and couple Jacuzzi
- Four single spa suites shower room
- Four single spa suites
- Separate male and female steam room, sauna and a unit of whirlpool
- Product retail

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
We strongly suggest that advance booking be made in order to avoid disappointment.

ARRIVAL TIME
To make the most of your spa experience, guests are advised to arrive
15 minutes before the treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct
your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may be
shortened should there be another booking which fall immediately
afterwards.

CANCELLATION
In consideration for other spa guests, we request a minimum of 2 hours'
notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. This is because facilities have been reserved for such. Please call our staff that will be happy to reschedule you. No-show or appointments cancelled within 2 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

SPA WEAR
Bathrobes, slippers, towels and disposable briefs are available at the Spa Centre.

VALUABLES
Lockers are available in the room to keep your valuables or you may keep
your valuables in the guest room.

SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve the harmony within the spa kindly turns off your mobile
phones or place them on silent mode.

MINIMUM AGE
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, children under 16 years of age are
not permitted in the spa.

MODE OF PAYMENT
Billing can be done either by debiting your room account or by cash or
credit card.
